JOB ROLE : Oracle HCM Technical or Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience : Minimum 2 to 8 years.

Job Brief :
- Must have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Modules like Global HR / Payroll / ORC / OTL / Talent/ Absence / Core HR (functional knowledge in at least two modules).
- Should have expertise in BI Publisher / OTBI Reports / Dashboards / Agents/ HCM Extracts / application security.
- Good to have basic knowledge of Oracle Integration cloud.
Required Skills :
- Must have experience in working on either EBS/Fusion project.
- Must have expertise in SQL/PLSQL. Must have expertise on Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC, Personalization & Customization, Data Migration & Conversion Understanding Integration Understanding.
- Must have strong debugging skills.
- Should be able to manage customer facing roles, gather requirements and advise best solutions to the business users.
- Experienced in working on support / implementation projects and with flexible availability as per client specific shift hours.
